Collecting and processing of personal data
You can use our website without disclosing your identity. If we request personal data (for example your name, postal or e-mail address) on our website, e.g. on a contact form or when you log in or register, you provide this information voluntarily. We use this information for our own business purposes (such as sending you the requested materials/information).
Should you have questions of any kind, you have the opportunity to contact us using the contact form made available on the website. The information we designate as mandatory is required to ensure your enquiry is assigned to and answered by the correct person. Other information is provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of making contact with us is performed in accordance with Art. 6 Clause 1 p. 1 (a) of the German General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) based on your voluntarily granted consent.
The personal data collected by us for use of the contact form are deleted after your enquiry has been dealt with and after the expiry of the obligatory periods of retention in order to comply with tax and business legislation.
After granting your consent – for example for the purpose of receiving a newsletter or other information of interest from our company – you can revoke the consent granted to us with future effect. You can do so at any time and with-out giving the reason. You can use the above-mentioned contact form or another method within the newsletter to do this.

- We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of any specific indications of illegal use. The data is immediately deleted when it is no longer required, but no later than after six months.
Web analysis with Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information about your use of this website (including your shortened IP address) created by the cookie is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Transfer of data/Use of social media plugins
Your data will not be transferred to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes without your explicit consent. We pass on your personal data to third parties only if this is legally permitted [e.g. on the basis of Article 6 of the GDPR] and/or legally required. In some cases, we use service providers for the statutory data order processing; the website is hosted by “DATA-Systems GmbH” (Gleiwitzer Str. 9; D-58454 Witten) and maintained by the agent “Die Medialen” (Colmantstraße 39; D-53115 Bonn).
